Oakland City Auditor

The Oakland City Auditor wanted to update its site to provide the citizens of Oakland with more extensive information about their offices and the services they provide. In addition, they wanted to promote their "Speak Out for Good Government" program.

Revised site architecture to better reflect the users needs when visiting the site. Developed a new, more subdued color palette and formatted text for improved legibility.

Created an extensive report library where users can reference the many reports published by the offices, by report type or key word. Users also have the ability to request a report through an online form.

In addition, the site provides a mechanism for citizen feedback, employment information, and an online staff directory.

Prepared conceptual creative composite designs and provided content development support. Programmed all static pages in HTML and conducted extensive quality assurance efforts. Successfully launched site in expedited time frame. Provided site maintenance training and ongoing support.
